About the Presenters
                        Christopher Ludwig, EdD, LAT, ATC, is an Assistant Professor in the Master of Science of Athletic Training program within the Department of Kinesiology at California State University, Fresno. He earned his Doctoral degree in Education, with an emphasis in Higher Education and Administration, from the University of the Pacific in 2014. His academic journey also includes a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology, focusing on Health Science, from California State University, Fullerton, earned in 2007. Ludwig completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis on Sports Medicine, at California State University, Fresno in 2004. Additionally, he is a graduate of Modesto Junior College, where he earned his Associate of Science degree in Sports Medicine in 2002. A BOC Athletic Trainer since 2005, Ludwig has been an active member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association since 2000. His areas of contemporary expertise encompass Patient Care & Patient-related Outcomes, Emergent and Acute Care of Injuries and Illnesses, Primary Care in Athletic Training, Interprofessional Education and Practice, as well as Healthcare Organization and Administration. His research interests include Point of Care Ultrasound, Neurological Dysregulation Assessment and Intervention, Patient Simulation Devices/Equipment, Athletic Training Education, and Preceptor Mentorship and Evaluation. Ludwig regularly participates in local, regional, and national conferences and clinical symposia, covering a variety of educational and healthcare-related topics. His past professional responsibilities include serving as a representative for the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) Conference Planning Committee, as well as the Committee on Professional Ethics. He has also been a mentor for the NATA’s Student Leadership Committee and an Ambassador for the NATA Research and Education Foundation. Moreover, Ludwig has contributed as a reviewer for several publications, including the Journal of Athletic Training, Journal of Athletic Training Education, and the Journal of Bodywork & Movement Therapies.
