Yes, you have unlimited access to when and how many times you want to watch your courses.
All live webinars are free for anyone to watch, but at this time do not offer a CEU component directly with the live webinar. Live webinars are converted to on-demand CEU content that is exclusive to our subscription (paid) members.
It typically takes 1-3 business days to convert a live webinar to on-demand access.
Once available as on-demand CEU content, if you participated in the live webinar, then all you need to do is claim the course, and then "mark as complete" the presentation material (you have already watched the video so no need to re-watch!). Then take a couple of minutes to complete the other sections in the course including the Post-Course Assessment and the Post-Course Feedback.
In the upper right corner of your browser you can click on your account.
This more than likely means you did not "mark as complete" all of the lesson sections in the course. Just log back into the course and make sure that each section is "marked as complete". that is the button at the bottom of each lesson/section.
Yes, it is easy to merge your multiple accounts. Just click on the how-to instructional link below. This step-by-step guide will also walk you through the process to select the desired account to keep all of your courses, etc.
